Changelog

What changed on Oct 27, 2026.

We re-checked every product against manufacturer pages and retailer listings, added products people ask about most, and hid ones that are hard to buy or rarely asked about. Short version below.

In numbers

  • 31 machines shown (40 in our data, 9 hidden). Specs: 3 from the maker, 8 mostly confirmed, 20 with a few unconfirmed.
  • 24 grinders shown (32 in our data, 8 hidden). Specs: 6 from the maker, 5 mostly confirmed, 13 with a few unconfirmed.
  • 16 products added. 10 more shops priced, mostly manufacturers’ own US stores: Breville, Turin, Ninja, Casabrews, Niche, Timemore, Fellow, Option-O, Amazon, 1Zpresso.
  • New on product pages: warm-up time and pump type where a source states them, sale price vs. list price, and a label for how well confirmed the specs are (what it means).

Added

Hidden, and why

Hidden products stay in our research file but are not shown, recommended or paired. “Rarely asked about” means few mentions in r/espresso buying-advice posts (Sep 2–Oct 27, 2026) and very low US search interest.

  • Cafelat Robot: Out of stock at the US retailer we checked.
  • Profitec RIDE: Rarely asked about.
  • ECM Mechanika Slim PID: Rarely asked about.
  • ECM Technika VI: Rarely asked about.
  • Rocket R58 TUNE: Rarely asked about.
  • Lelit Mara X3: Rarely asked about.
  • De'Longhi La Specialista Maestro: Rarely asked about; US model number unclear.
  • Ascaso Dream PID: Rarely asked about.
  • Gaggia Cadorna Milk: Rarely asked about; Magnifica Evo already covers the super-auto slot.
  • Timemore Sculptor 064S II: Pre-order only (ships late Feb 2027).
  • Option-O LAGOM P64: Sold out; reportedly discontinued (replaced by LAGOM P80).
  • Eureka Atom W 75: Rarely asked about; 75 mm commercial burrs hold back a lot of coffee, per Espresso Aficionados.
  • Eureka Mignon Silenzio 55: Overlaps the Mignon Zero and Specialita; rarely asked about.
  • Anfim Luna: Rarely asked about; commercial 2 kg hopper grinder.
  • Lelit William 64mm: Rarely asked about; sources disagree on its adjustment type.
  • Eureka Zenith 65 NEO: Rarely asked about; commercial hopper grinder.
  • ECM S-Manuale 64: Rarely asked about.

Featured pairs that used a now-hidden grinder were re-paired: the quiet compact is now the Lelit Anna with the Option-O LAGOM mini 2; the Rancilio Silvia pairs with the Eureka Mignon Zero; the Silvia Pro X pairs with the Timemore Sculptor 078S.

Prices

No headline price moved since our previous check on the same day’s listings.

16 products are at least 2% below list price, so we show both prices (smaller discounts just show the price):

Out of stock at Seattle Coffee Gear or Whole Latte Love but in stock at Breville’s own store, so they stay listed: Breville Bambino, Breville Barista Pro, Breville Dual Boiler.

Niche grinders and US import charges

Niche Zero and Niche Duo ship from the UK. Niche’s own page warns that US customs charge around 35% in tariffs and handling, collected by the courier on delivery (the same page also mentions no import tax under $800, so the charge may turn out lower). We use the higher landed estimate when matching budgets:

  • Niche Zero: $689 at checkout, about $930 landed (estimate: $689 × 1.35)
  • Niche Duo: $779 at checkout, about $1,050 landed (estimate: $779 × 1.35)

Still open

  • The KINGrinder K6 price is now read from the Amazon product page itself ($109, sold by KINGrinder, in stock on Oct 27, 2026). KINGrinder’s own store lists it in pounds and is out of stock.
  • Products new in this update have no editorial quality scores yet. They are ranked by the median of their price tier until scored, and no score is shown.
  • Fields we could not confirm, or where sources disagree, are listed on each product page.
